Resistance workout

Resistance workout
Introduction

Resistance training is use to better the strength of the muscles that is in the body. their are two different broader meaning that refers to any training uses a resistance to force muscular contraction and elastic resistance, but their are many ways a well performed athletic or a average people can training their body's using resistance without using any elastic.

METHODS

  • Pool
  • Beach
  • Resistance bands
  • free weights
  • Hills
  •  calisthenics

The pool can be use as a form of resistance. while moving the body in the water and during the same routine most would do on land, but the only different is that you are creating more muscular contraction  As a track & field runner resistance training can prove to be very useful; however, you need to have the proper understanding on what you are during. The beach can be use as a good form of resistance workout because running and landing on soft sand increases a person " collision" time and that can be very helpful for most.
Resistance exercise is also know as strength training the best way you can increase you exercise is to buy a resistance band, but make sure you have another partner or a coach that is whiling to help you because you need to be able to move freely as you ran while the resistance band is holding back. the resistance band can be use for any type of resistance training and it is the best form of product for most athletics.  On the other hand, free weights allow you to determine and control the position of your body when you are lifting weights. Calisthenics are performed without the use of weights, and they include exercises such as push ups, sit ups and chin ups. In these exercises, your body weight acts as the resistance force.

BENEFITS

  •    Resistance exercise increase the amount of bone minerals in your body.
  • Resistance exercise is an effective way to lose and maintain weight.
  • resistance exercise may be more effective than aerobic exercise in improving body image and self esteem.

In my own perceptive i believe that resistance exercise can help everyone who are trying to improve their muscular strength.

Inositol Hexaphosphate (IP-6)

Inositol Hexaphosphate (IP6, IP-6, InsP-6, inositol, phytic acid, phytate, myo-inositol hexaphosphate)
AS seen on Doctor OZ

Description: IP-6 (Inositol Hexaphosphate) found in animals, plants, cereals, nuts, legumes, beans, brown rice, corn, sesame seeds, wheat bran, and other high-fiber foods Is a form of inositol found in the human body in many varieties, It’s a substance that closely resemble a vitamin and is in fact an antioxidant that once it’s metabolized and converted into other molecules in our body it adopts the role of a messenger. Inositol Hexaphosphate also aids our body in metabolizing calcium and minerals.
Uses:  Although the Food and Drug Administration have not fully evaluated the claims of IP6, It is thought to be effective in

  • Preventing kidney stones

  • Preventing  liver disease
  • Preventing  heart disease
  • Preventing high cholesterol
  • Blocking the actions of free radicals
  • Boosting the immune system
  • Treating anemia

How it works: Though not proven a compound theres claims that IP-6 blocks the action of free radicals and activated oxygen molecules that can damage cells. It may help to prevent the abnormal signals that tell a cancer cell to keep growing from reaching the cell's nucleus. Some research shows IP6 slows abnormal cell division and may sometimes transform tumor cells into normal cells. IP6 provides antioxidant and cellular function support that promotes prostate, breast, colon and liver cell health. Manufacturers also claim that IP6 can help to modulate hydroxyl radical formation in your body. Furthermore, IP6 aids in the metabolism of insulin and calcium; promotes hair growth, bone marrow cell metabolism and eye membrane development; and helps your liver transfer fat to other parts of your body.
